After earning my BS degree, I began working in healthcare sales and in 2000, identified a passion for the recruitment industry which leads to a partnership with Management Recruiters of Appleton in 2006.
My approach is straight forward; identify quality candidates that will maximize their unique skills which in-turn “add value” to the clients business. “Quality vs. Cost is the critical piece for successful placements.” Taking this method throughout my career and carrying it into the MRINetwork, has helped me to determine the type of candidates along with their skills and education, my client companies require for a successful placement.
Treating Candidates and Client Companies with dignity, respect, and above all else honoring my commitments, has earned me an excellent portfolio of long-term relationships on both sides of the equation.
Combining passion with commitments is my formula for success. In May of 2006, I assumed the role of Manager of General Manufacturing Search which led to the role of Vice President and General Manager for Management Recruiters of Appleton.
In 2009 my ultimate goal was achieved when I was presented with the opportunity to purchase the franchise and office from its prior owner of 26 years. Now I have the ability to drive sales through established relationships with client companies as well as activity recruiting for the right Impact Players, also set the strategy for the operational side of the business and leading the office to success while upholding the integrity that has been a part of Management Recruiters of Appleton.
