My passion is people. This passion has been a huge part of my success as a search consultant because I so enjoy working for my clients and their needs and challenges and in seeking out candidates who fit the culture, skill level and needs of these clients.
My background includes 20+ years of experience from the post-secondary educational system and more specifically experience with Wisconsin Manufacturers. While in post-secondary education, I managed the college’s manufacturing advisory committees as well as the curriculum for all manufacturing programs. This brought me face-to-face with manufacturers on a regular basis to discuss their employment needs and economic challenges. I have also been a part of a major manufacturing campaign whose goal it is to bring new and innovative manufacturers to Wisconsin and the Midwest. This experience has proven beneficial in matching candidates closely to clients’ needs since I have extensive experience in determining the type of employee and the skills and education manufacturers need for a successful organization.
My approach to working with my clients and my candidates is to build quality, long-term relationships. My clients are manufacturing companies from across the United States, many with plants and holdings in Europe, Asia and other countries. I am dedicated to their competitive search for top manufacturing, engineering and management leaders in their industry. Listening to my client companies and uncovering their needs enables me to successfully screen and find top candidates for my clients to consider. My candidates include Manufacturing Engineers, Plant Managers, Lean Enterprise Managers, Quality and Safety Managers, and Process and Product Managers. I work with each individual and their families to link them with the opportunity and client to best fit their profiles and needs.
