After earning my BS degree, I began working in healthcare sales. In 2000, following several years in the sales arena I joined the recruitment industry and in 2006 partnered with Management Recruiters of Appleton.
My approach is simple; deliver quality candidates and follow through… “Quality vs. Cost is the critical piece for successful placements.” Taking this method throughout my career and carrying it into the MRINetwork, has helped me to determine the type of candidates along with their skills and education my client companies require for a successful placement.
Treating Candidates and Client Companies with dignity and respect has earned me an excellent portfolio of long-term relationships on both sides of the equation.
In May of 2006, Elizabeth was promoted to Manager of General Manufacturing Search, where she was able to help grow the manufacturing recruitment team of MR Appleton. A short year later, Elizabeth was appointed to Vice President and General Manager for Management Recruiters of Appleton. Here she is still maintaining her relationships with client companies as well as activity recruiting for the right Impact Players, but has also assumed the responsibility for the operational side of the business and leading the office to success while upholding the integrity that has been a part of Management Recruiters of Appleton since 1973.
